Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. All orders are shipped via UPS. Processing time of your order can vary from 1-2 days depending on product availability.

When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.

UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. For all questions involving product information, you may address your e-mail to the service@personaltrackers.com. All other inquiries should be directed to service@personaltrackers.com.

Billing Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has shipped. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction.
Orders sent to destinations within Connecticut are charged 6% sales tax.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All standard PersonalTrackers.com products may be returned within thirty days or if you are not satisfied with any product purchased. You may return it for replacement, credit or refund, exclusive of shipping charges." To return a product, simply call 877-TRACKEZ or email service@personaltrackers.com for a return authorization number. There is no restocking fee, except as noted, if products are returned in saleable condition within thirty days. (Do not write anything on the manufacturer's original packaging or use as a shipping carton. Include all accessories, manuals and warranties.) Please include a copy of the packing list or invoice with a reason for the return. Late returns and incomplete returns will incur a 15%, or higher, restocking fee. We reserve the right not to accept returns after ninety days. Your return authorization number is valid for thirty days.
