Users Guide
1. If not installed already, install the Lithium battery (CR2032) into the sender (watch). Batteries can last over 100 hours.
2. Install or verify the AAA batteries (2) are installed into the receiver.
3. Turn the sender (watch) on first. The red LED indicator will flicker and it is now in
the stanby mode.
4. Turn on the receiver. Have the sender (smaller unit) approach the receiver.
5. The receiver will beep.
One beep means it has started the setup and is decoding.
Two beeps means setup complete and successful. (The green light of the power indicator will flicker)
Three beeps means the setup did not complete. Remove the batteries, after 10 seconds
reinstall and repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. If the setup is complete then you are ready to set up the range. This unit can be setup from
1 to 18 meters or 3.2 to 59 feet. The range aduster is the small dial on the side of the receiver. Just move
the dial up or down to set the distance. Test it with another adult or the child.
Once the desired range is selected and the sender (watch) is out of range, the receiver will continously beep in the following pattern three beeps and pause, three beeps and pause, and on and on. The receiver LED will continue to flicker and beep until the sender (smaller unit)comes back within the range.
7. The sender((watch) has an emergency button. If this button it pressed the reciver will continously beep. A pause button is on the receiver and this will turn off the beeping. The receiver LED will continue to flicker. It is recommended that the emergency condition be attended to first and then the pause button should be pressed.
8. If the sender (smaller unit) unit is turned off the receiver will continously beep.
Notes
The sender or receiver should not be placed within metal containers.
Monitoring distances may be shortned due to obstructions, the clearer the path the farther or maximum distance can be achieved.
If the batteries are replaced, the setup needs to be repeated, see steps 3 and 4.
Low beeping tones mean the batteries need to be changed.
Please remember this is just a tool and does not replace adult supervision of a child.
This product does not guarantee your child's safety.
